Participation & Payment Policy
■ Discount Participation Fee
450,000 KRW(USD 300, non-LMIC or non-Student) / 350,000 KRW(USD 230, LMIC or Student)
■ Original Participation Fee
750,000 KRW(USD 530, non-LMIC or non-Student) / 650,000 KRW(USD 460, LMIC or Student)
❗Please note: Institutional and research grant credit cards are also accepted for payment.
A payment receipt can be issued upon request.
■ Service Period
The services will be provided during the Winter School from February 2 to February 4, 2026.
Course materials will remain accessible online for a limited period after the event
Note: A Symposium will be held on February 1, and all Winter School participants are free to attend.
■ Refund & Cancellation Policy
100% Refund for cancellations made by January 1, 2026 (KST)
50% Refund for cancellations made by January 15, 2026 (KST)
No refund for cancellations made on or after January 25, 2026 (KST)
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take up to 7 business days.

■ 서비스 제공 기간
본 윈터스쿨 공식 프로그램은 2026년 2월 2일(월)부터 2월 4일(수)까지 진행됩니다.
강의 자료는 행사 종료 후 일정 기간 동안 온라인을 통해 추가 열람이 가능합니다.
(접근 방법은 참가자에게 별도 안내 예정).
※ 2월 1일 심포지엄은 윈터스쿨에 등록한 수강생들에 한해서 자유롭게 참여할 수 있습니다.
■ 환불 및 취소 정책
2026년 1월 1일(목)까지 취소 시: 전액 환불 (100%)
2026년 1월 15일(목)까지 취소 시: 50% 환불
2026년 1월 25일(일) 이후 취소 시: 환불 불가
✅ 유의사항 취소 및 환불 요청은 이메일(biohstat@gmail.com)을 통해 접수해야 하며,
요청일 기준으로 적용됩니다. 환불은 결제에 사용된 동일한 수단으로 처리되며, 영업일 기준 최대 7일이 소요될 수
있습니다. 무단 불참 또는 부분 참석에 대해서는 환불이 불가합니다.
